What shipping methods are available?

We have 5 shipping options. All weights are calculated at checkout.

    • 0-26 kgs £9.95
    • 27-50 kgs £15.95
    • 51-99 kgs £19.95
    • 100-300 kgs £24.95
    • Guide rail box £12.95 48 Large service

All Return shipping fees will be a cost to the customer unless Boxrackking are at fault or agreed to refund shipping before the item is sent back to us. Please contact and ask before you send any items back.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Depending on current stock and material availability. We have collections on Tuesday and Thursday. If a parcel leaves us on a Tuesday this will be with you on the Thursday on a standard 48 hour shipping schedule. If your parcel leaves us on a Thursday this will be out for delivery the following week on a Monday. We can upgrade shipping to 24 hour if the item is in stock and you require it quicker.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your item is fulfilled by one of the BoxRackKing Team you will be allocated your tracking number. we use Parceforce for all our services. They then send out a text message with 4 delivery options. other wise it will be delivered to the address give in a delivery window Parceforce have sent you.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No account is needed, but an account will be required to gain access to any future discounts of any future purchases.

To make any changes to your order, these can only be made Prior to shipping. Once we have booked your order for delivery changes will be at the customers cost for collection and return and we have arranged a collection from Parceforce.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Broomhouse farm, Brandon, IP27 0SJ, United Kingdom 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item with out proof or tracking in place to help us.
