What shipping methods are available?

We have 6 shipping options. All weights are calculated at checkout.

All Return shipping fees will be a cost to the customer unless Boxrackking are at fault or agreed to refund shipping before the item is sent back to us. Please contact and ask before you send any items back.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Depending on current stock and material availability. We are currently ordering what is required once a week. with delivery of goods expected with in 5 days. Standard turnaround is 10-14 days. we keep you up to dat through the processes.
1. Order placed online
  • phone call made to customer to confirm order.
2. Wood ordered, stickers for order printed. All notes made to order details
3. We create designs and generate a 3d proof with toolpaths.
  • we phone customer at this stage to let them know it's ready to manufacture with a date of expected delivery of wood. 

4. Once being manufactured.

  • we will arrange a call to the customer with estimated delivery dates.

5. Booking order for delivery after completion of manufacture

  • phone call to customer to check delivery details if this was yet to be confirmed.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is fulfilled by one of the BoxRackKing Team you will be allocated your tracking number. This will be sent via email or text message depending on details we have on file. Depending on order, your order might be on a pallet service of individual parcels.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No account is needed, but an account will be required to gain access to any future discounts of any future purchases.

Depepending on your tracking email you can use the email to fully track your parcel of if its been sent with parcelforce you can download the link and enter your tracing number. Your order can be tracked with the Parceforce app

To make any changes to your order, these can only be made Prior to manufacturing. Once we have started to manufacture your order and additial cost could be accrued by the customer. Once we have booked your order for delivery changes will also be at the customers cost.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Broomhouse farm, Brandon, IP27 0SJ, United Kingdom 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item with out proof or tracking in place to help us.
